As Managing Partner and principal consultant of Schlagman Media Ltd.,
Michael was involved in media projects across the world including the
creation of limited commercial strategies for BBC World Service in Romania
and Brazil, the acquisition of a radio network in France as well as sales
strategies for various TV, radio and Internet companies. His senior
management experience burgeoned in 1986 when he was appointed as launch
Sales Director for the pan-European TV station, Super Channel. Breaking
away with his entire sales team in 1990, he created the UK's first
independent TV sales company New Media Sales which sold for CNN, FTTV as
well as Super Channel. Having sold the company in 1993, he developed and
managed an international operation, Katz International, for the world's
oldest independent media sales organisation, Katz Media Group. A
successful acquisition of the UK's largest radio sales company (IRS) was
swiftly followed by the development of the UK's first cable sales
operation, Katz Television Sales. With his initial objectives all
achieved, Michael and his associates created the unique strategic and
hands-on consultancy, Schlagman Media, which continues to prosper today
under its new management.

As Sales Executive for the South China Morning Post he was responsible for
sales and after sales service in a challenging marketplace where he was able
to utilize the experience gained as Senior Media Planner at Leo Burnett and
as Media Executive at Saatchi & Saatchi.
Gerald Noonan, Consultant
Gerry has been involved in the broadcasting and entertainment industry for over 40 years. His experience as Media Buyer at Benton & Bowles, Program Supplier at Paramount Pictures, Sales Manager at KCMO, Kansas City, as well as a Law Degree from Fordham University, uniquely qualifies Gerry as a multi-faceted consultant.

management and accounting procedures. Karen's previous experience as an Accounting
Manager responsible for budget planning, financial statements and internal
controls uniquely qualifies her to develop and implement these systems for
